Work from home positions as a Field Service Representative

I was just recently introduced about a unique opportunity that will allow you to work as an independent field representative. This is not necessarily a work from home job but this job does allow you to work on your own schedule and be your own boss. First let me explain what this job is and how it works.

Some may refer to this job as an independent field rep, a field inspector, or just simply as a field rep. This job entails and consists of you visiting homes that are behind in the monthly payments to determine if the home is vacant, occupied, or if the homeowner is interested in working with the bank to prevent foreclosure.

As an independent field rep you will be required to go to the home and generally take 3 pictures of the home for the bank. The pictures will include a house picture, house number, and street view of the home. After you take the pictures you will simply upload them online to the website of the company that you work for as an independent contractor.

The pay for this job varies but starts somewhere around $10 per house up to $100 per house. Most pay around $15 average per house, unless you can get the homeowner, if the residence is occupied to give you the documents to FedEx. The job only takes a few minutes to complete. You should be able to complete around 10 homes a day, if they are in the same vicinity or location. You will be asked what areas you would like to work and you choose if you want to drive a long distance or if you would like to work close to your home or a surrounding area. You make this choice by way of zip codes. You can fill out multiple zip codes and locations that you would like to work as a field rep.

You do not have to have any experience to work in the position as a field rep. You only need to fill out an application, send in a copy of your drivers license and photo id, which will be separate from your drivers license. Sign the necessary paperwork and fill out a background check, of which you do not have to pay for. In addition to filling out these forms you will need to have a computer, stable Internet connection, printer, fax machine or access to one as well as a digital camera to take photos. Some companies specify that they want you to have a digital camera instead of simply using your cellphone to take pictures.
